The relaxation of reflexology can help recovery from birth, milk supply and the aches & pains that come with life as a new mum. Reflexology is a powerful antidote to stress which is a major factor in many kinds of ill health. Reflexology can be carried out sitting or lying down, and it is a treatment you can have with your baby in your arms. Carried out in the tranquil & private space of our treatment room in Hurstpierpoint.
