Service Description

This ancient massage technique is based on the Ayurvedic healing system & involves focused massage on the shoulders, neck, arms & head. It can help relax, soothe & invigorate the receiver. This seated massage can be carried out with the client fully dressed, with just a vest top on to enable access to the shoulders & neck. A focused 30 minute treatment targeting those common areas of tension, carried out in the tranquil & private space of our treatment room, makes this a very accessible massage therapy when time is not abundant for you.
