Service Description

A gentle, nurturing longer reflexology session to prepare your body for birth. The deep relaxation of this treatment, while we stimulate reflexology and acupressure points, supports your body's natural journey towards labour. While we cannot guarantee the onset of labour, we do see many babies born after this therapy and as our treatment work harmoniously with your body, enhancing its readiness for the birthing process it is time well spent. This treatment is suitable when you are 37-38 weeks pregnant and beyond. As Specialist Midwife Therapists we are trained and experienced in caring for all aspects of pregnancy, labour and postnatal recovery, including specific Reflexology techniques for these times. Carried out in the tranquil & private space of our treatment room in Hurstpierpoint.
